There are many variables with ‘freezing’ including the server itself, internet speeds and lastly hardware and settings. You would need to provide more information on your setup and more details ie all channels at all times etc. You are probably better off posting this in the Servers area of this forum specific to your provider Rocket, NFPS or IKS66 as you will get more people reading.

I have a Global 4k box with the same server and internet and it works flawlessly .

try dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you put it on router even better
