Hi there is it only me or everyone for the past couple of days I cannot watch a picture properly because of thee constant freezing. Any idea when this will be sorted reading recently that server change will give better service.

there is good news and bad news depending on how you look at it. the good news is it's on your end nothing wrong with the service you need to fix something screwed up, the bad news would have been if it was a system wide problem which it is not.

if you want help with your setup you will need to provide a lot more information.
