DOL2 - Portal not available

Hello All,
Sorry if this was already asked previously.
I have an active iptv service via xtream iptv (maestro) and now when I try to enter the portal on DOL2 it will fail with a "portal not available" message.
I have tried software then factory reset on the T2 without success.
Any ideas why I can't reach the portal.

I don't think anyone sells xtream iptv here, maybe try asking the source you bought it from?
