Just my worthless 2 cents here.... Every time I experience any freezing, I always check as many channels as possible. 9 times out of ten I will find something that does not have any freezing. Case in point was just the other day. Many channels were freezing. US and British. After surfing channels for about 30 minutes, I found one that wasn't. At that time I went back to a channel that I knew had freezing, It still was freezing. Back to channel that wasn't freezing.... Smooth as silk. Conclusion..... ISP ruled out. If it was the ISP then all channels would be freezing period. Second, My box (Mag 254) ruled out... Again if it was the box all channels would be freezing... Simply a hiccup at the server end no big deal. After a few hours everything was back to normal. This type of service will have its share of problems. I compare it to the first days of cable. It was years before that system got stabilized. That said, even today cable has its share of problems. I am just thankful for what I do have frustration at times and all. Have a great day!
