Channels that are not any longer available on IKS

I was wondering if there can be channels that are no longer available on IKS like EX: Ch 117 & 259, brought over to the IPTV stream?
The channels could be shuffled around the area that is a close match in the channel list for IPTV.

We aren't discussing IKS here, so references to channels that no longer work on satellite is kind of irrelevant. If the server guys want to find links or create a stream, it's really up to them, there is no request path.
