channels not working

have had no channels for nearly 4 weeks now have an avov 2 box connects to server but channels not loading anyone know whats going on

Try a factory reset will have to do your fav again not a biggie f it does the jobm

Have you tried the international channels go to ch77 then down arrow till in midst of inters if many are up your probably needs a clean out.
