cant play cache full

hi, i was streaming a 1080 movie when suddenly message apeared ( can not stream cache full ) so i clear cache 5 mins later same popup message. anything i can do?

Clear cache by using program(add) Maintenance and clearing cache from there!!

i did it but still popup apears i have to clear cache every 5-7 mins
