Can You Stream Kodi To TV?

Found out Kodi can't do that yet.
If you only want to send files, video, pictures, music to your TV there are a ton of good programs that stream to your STB or TV. Kodi's great for watching on your computer or a media center connected to your TV, but if you want to stream....not worth the effort.
Don't get me wrong, great program.

need different software and slow as heck and cant really use on that smart tv but never say never
