At times with this technology you just have to be a bit patient.Have had freeze problems with the HD feed since Friday.Today all HD channels were superb tuned into Sky Sports 3 to watch the IPL started great but got a on screen message saying server error switch to sony 6 to watch did that and 15 mins later tried sky 3 and all was superb.so before you start messing around with the settings just take a time out.

well said, when things do not work, talk with your loved ones, smoke relaxing herb, walk the dog (even if you do not have one). whatever suits you best.
messing with things as soon as something is wrong will likely just get you more frustrated, or mess things more up.
