I am also having a problem with my authentication code and password. It's saying error but I know that my password and code is correct. I pay for this service and I have had a problems out of every box that I have

I had authentication problems also. What helped me is turning off the device and router then do a iptv reset while everything is off. I dunno if it will fix your problems it's just what helped me

You make it sound like you think there is a separate authentication code and password. The User ID/Username and password are both your Donation number. If you use anything else, it will produce an authentication error like you are experiencing.

I am still having the same problem. I have reset my internet and all of my boxes. Still saying error after i put in my authentication codes.
