Are MAC address case sensitive?

When changing or using MAC address, are they case sensitive?

They are in hexadecimal, which is for lack of a better term, a machine language and therefor not case sensitive. But if in doubt, if you used caps, then continue to use caps. I as a rule, only use lower case with "hexadecimal."
