All Asian channels are up and UK up, but as far the USA including Spanish channels are offline, the guide shows but nothing to watch

Reset router and reloading the portal won't clear the problem!

same here on nfps..did iptv reset and reboot
then changed portals..same problem..uk channels work..usa channels all down
