right now it is down but it was working time to time.
have you update your software?
you can update it in Menu

This problem has been going on for over a week now and no one knows what's going on and no one helps! I have written to papiao and they don't do anything either. All international channels work fine but all american channels go down at 4:00pm PST.
It looks like someone may be hacking the server.

No one takes notice of issues when people post them. Pathetic service.

I believe mag boxes have an option to update software.
I am using android box with Potato TV and StbEmu and they are working ok.
