    A $1000's Question IP address

Recently I changed my ISP and since then I'm having an issue. My ISP is not locked. Country locked to Canada. I have a dynamic DSN server and my IP address changes once awhile. If it changes and starts with 38.xxx.xxx.xx, rockets server blocks my access and i cannot watch TV. If i get IP starting with 206.xxx.xxx.xxx I don't have a problem. Both are local IP addresses for Toronto. What should I do? Please help.

Use vpn if you want. Vpn is allowed for some time now.
You can leave your modem offline all night whenever you get 38 Ip address until you get 206 Ip address. Usually Ip address gets changes whenever you leave modem offline for sometime. So if you loose lots of power then put ups and put modem on it so it won’t loose power and will hold your Ip address.

I'm doing it but it takes long as in the most cases I'm getting 38.
