can someone direct me to the right thread for set up? I've made a donation for one year, I have tried adding portals etc, nothing is working, getting user name and password on load up, I add doantion number for user name as I'm told, but no password? can't find info on all this,

I have a donation number, doesn't explain how to set up really, can someone tell me where all this info (server etc, portal etc) goes on the box? I've tried a number of things, also I get a username and password on boot up, I'm told donation number for user name but no password?

User ID and Password are the same 12 or 13 digit donation number.
