factory reset

I am trying to factory reset my box . I cannot get to the blue screen to do it. when I reboot the box and it goes black I am right in front of the box holding down the menu(setup) button but the box just boots up normally instead of going to the blue screen. tried many times, anybody got any ideas how I am screwing this up?

There are several buttons on the remote that look like the menu so maybe the wrong one is selected.

Try pressing second from top.on right side the setup button twice (has the gear wheel on it) a menu list should appear

Many TV operators change button functions according to their needs.
Who is your portal which starts automatically if you have more than one.

Unplug your box and hold the button just above the + on the volume button and plug the box still holding this button. It should bring you un to the
Bois where you can do your factory rest. Just did one this morning. Hope this helps you.
