avov trouble with start up

please don't say keep reading iv done that..I was away from my box for few days now I get nothing..i now have been given two username and password.i am not sure what goes in.

I have tried many many times but I canot get it working..will get a yellow line in server 1 but a lock and key appears on the yellow section.if I click on any station such as discovery etc nothing happens..would really appreciate any help..thanks

you need to enter new url in your avov ,user and password is the same 12 digits you got.
