    Error when trying to use a new route

    Hi, I have assigned 5 different routes for new customers. When I'm setting up STB Emulator and enter the password it says "Error" I have setup many of them before it this started happening 3 days ago. I have tried changing the MAC, resetting the MAC and nothing. Please help.

    Error when loggin to reseller dashboard

    Hi, I got my email with my reseller info this morning. I have been trying to login to the reseller dashboard but I get this the error below and can't get pass it. Help please.
