I made donation for rocket last Friday. I cant conect not with Magtv at Mygica 1800E .(blue nar at 25 %) or with iks. Is there someone who can help me with this. Thanks

I just get a Mygica 1800E I am trying to install Mag tv to use it with Rocket. After all atempts i cant pass blue screen with loading bar at 25 % I try to reinstall it couple times and all same results.Also i install STB emulator with same problem. Can someone please help me setting this box up...
