I'm using MXq box with kodi Jarvis 16 and i'm using http://66.iptv66.tv and said "Failed to connect to server"

I tried to configure Stalker Client from kodi I enter all the info and always give me that "Failed to connect to server" what is the serve info that I have to use? any help
