    The Movies section is down, We all get the message server unavailable, all other movies such as classics or TV series are working. Its not working on MAG boxes, firestick and the emulator.

    New firmware update came out on Nov 2019 for Mag boxes, I applied the update and channels are still freezing. Same issue with the Firestick, all live tv channels are freezing on S1 & S2.

    Channels freezing on both S1 & S2

    since yesterday all channels are freezing a lot, they play for about 3 minutes and then freeze for about a sec & then comes back. Its doing that on IPTV smarter, MAG322 box, & on the firestick, multiple people are experiencing the same issue.

    Server 1 blocked & down

    Connection to server 1 is down --please fix it, I change the portal to server 2 & server 2 is working. Also, changing servers is only working from the re-seller panel only. Customers are not able to change their servers using the regular page with their own route number.
