I have noticed that none of the IPTV servers have the Velocity channel even thought it is a FREE transmission. Any chance on soliciting it?

I have a Stalker Sever mw..biz and have lost LiveTV. I unfortunately also have lost communication with my donor for an unknown reason. I get VOD but have not had LiveTV for over a week.

I am experiencing a bit of freezing and or pixel breakup on quite a few channels noticeably SKY channels. Just wondering if it's just the channels or what. My speed is 60/7mbps, so I don't think I have a problem.
