There is any body getting freezing my channels are unwatchable any body else getting freezing

Do anybody is getting freezing? During the day is better but around 8.45 pm it becomes really bad thanks for your response in advance. I just want to know if is just me. Thank you again.

never seen anything like this before I’m lost lost off words before any thing that happened they work fast and fixed now days you can even get a straight answer from any body if the service ain’t working the way is supposed to work just let me know and I keep my mouth shut and wait until they fix it
