Is service down? Or did we convert to live and now need user/pass? I can't even get the channel list right now.

What Frames Per Second does Rocket put video out on? It seems like the tickers at the bottom of the screen on the news channels are somewhat choppy. Once we go live is the plan to up the resolution and FPS?

Thanks for the new channels! Count is up to 110. (Venus seems to be audio only though) Keep up the great work.

1. Go to the portal 2. Go to 'TV' 3. Highlight the channel with the little lock icon on it. 4. Hit the 'APP' button on the remote & enter the parental lock code. This will remove an existing lock or add one that doesn't yet exist.

Is there a status thread somewhere? I'm seeing a bunch of channels that won't load. On a brighter note I do see ABC NY, CBS NY, FOX NY & My 9 in the channel lineup (locals must be coming)

Just got my mag254, followed the setup guide, and from what i've seen so far, I am very impressed. Excellent work all around.
