listen up, got 117 days left on sub. with rocket. everything's wired right. 3 different times I've gotten that popup and I unplug everything and let it sit all night. Well what do you know, the dam box works each time I hook it all back up the next morning. but 2 days later it does it again...

when watching a VOD movie, the sound drops slowly down to nothing and then slowly goes back up to normal. has this been normal in their testing or could it be a problem with my box? the TV channels sound is OK. I've got Fios cable.. TIA this happens about every 3 to 5 minutes... skybound
