How can you turn on subtitles on the XPS4500. LiveTV , when I look at settings they show "disabled" checked but I can not unheck it. Also tried for VOD, movies, regular channels. Just and FYi the subtitles work with Netflix.

I go to apps section click on Netflix, enter user and password it runs for about 10 or 15 seconds them get message that login didn't work. Reset password....same error. says also something wrong with android box, so rebooted and still no go. Help please. Internet is good, KODI works fine.
