One of the things, besides some more, this service can improve is the time between a payment and the delivering of the codes. Its too inconsistent. Sometimes it could be like 3 waiting hours, and others like a day long. Must better that.

Hi, Some of my clients are having issues while trying to up the service today. All of them have Host not found on their TV. THey all checked the internet is functioning well and that is connected to their respective boxes. Weird thing is it happen all at the same time!
