My TVonline box has really bad picture quality, It's jittery, slow panning, kind of like a slow motion picture but faster, Blurry when changing scenes etc. So is it the Box or IPTV Service? My internet speed is high and working great.

Anyone else having jittery picture issues? Some scenes look like slow motion at times. Not smooth like channels used to be. Is their something i need to do on my end to smooth picture out? Thanks Guy's and Gal's :)
