black screen

just got a new mag 254 followed setup guide did reboot and now all I have now is black screen.when I turn power on and off to box it shows up on screen loading and then goes to black screen. can anyone help

Try the rca cables that came with box most likley it went into pal mode

when i tried rca cables came up on screen switch to sd mode or use hdmi cable

you have to change it to your tvs specs like 1080i or 720p ect... its under video in your outter portal settings
