My guess would be that his internet provider is blocking it l don't think it has to do with iptv

Or does it have to do with the issues the iptv server have been having?

Hi SbdHulk ! I am having exact same issue. I have 3 devices with 3 donation. STB is not loading. I thought my IP is banned. I used hotspot from my phone and it loads up. I took it to my friends house and it load up. But at my home no matter if i use wifi or ethernet no progress. Please let me know if you have any solution.

What isp do you think is blocking you? I can look into it.

People were trying to say cox was blocking peoples ip's the other day which was 100% not true. Cox as an example only target torrent users after they receive a dcma compliant notice. They then freeze your internet until you call them. They tell you to delete the file and will then trun you back on after giving you a warning not to do it again or you could risk losing isp service all together.

A lot of isp's are capping GB usage so this might be a big factor to many.

Cheers!
