Got donation but ip TV address no opening

Just got my donation, I put url address 11.privateserves etc but not working no channel. Any help
Also do I to put http:// before adresss

Yes you put http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ configure you ip stalker with your linked mac address Name NFPS, URL-11.iptvrocket.tv/ then go to your stalker pvr and configure it in portal 1 your linked mac address, server address guide preference xmltv only. then click on system, settings, scroll to tv settings enable tv settings. then all your channels should load as well as the guide. This procedure works with firestick running kodi 15.1

Ok I got avov2, TV online, i got my donation with my Mac address, in sever 1 I put ip TV address, but is only say connecting to server that is it.
