Any lock or password on MAG254 like Dreambox

I am thinking of buying MAG 254 now with monthly subscription for Cricket world cup and then move to NFPS/rocket IPTV when service becomes available. Was eagerly waiting for it ( Not complaining in anyway;).

If Rocket IKS opens PPV channels then may not even need that but if they do not open, then is there any lock or password on MAG 254 like Dreamboxes? Do not want to get stuck with another doorstop box:)

the thing is wont have iks ppv channels like you are thinking but yes should have all new movies vod

You would probably be better off getting your own mag and then adding iptv to it. Not sure if a reseller (which we do not support or discuss) can lock the stb up through the portal but doubt it.

A different note. You could probably reload the reseller supplied dreambox and use it for iks still.

Thanks Bio. Son tried to reload Dreambox but it didn't work and was not worth all the hassel. Joined Rocket and happy with them:)

Hope they bring cricket as well!
