Donation upgrade.

Hello all,
Yesterday i paid a donation upgrade after checking that my code didnt have the option to " change mac address "
So, i paid the fee, today when i checked the code it is still showing the donation upgrade option even though i already did.
In the other hand i have not received any confirmation from papiao.is and my account was already debited.
Is there any way to contact papiao about this issue, should i call bank and tried to reverse payment.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

upgrade??...had you only made an iks donation, not iptv + iks???

That i do not know. I ordered my donation about 2 months ago, after i received i was able to link my mac address and all was good untill yesterday when i started receiving the authorizatiin failed message.
I check my donation and found out that it no longer shows the change mac and change port option but the upgrade to iptv.
