View Full Version : mag 254 only getting blue scrolling bars?

need help please: mag 254 not loading to main menu portal.was working fine yesterday, today all i get is the blue scrolling bars. using:( http://11.iptvrocket.tv ), have also reset modem and router and checked wire connections, but no luck.
im i missing something?

Unplug the unit for a few seconds then let it reboot and see if that works.

thanks mrgreg, but have tried that quite a few times and no luck. have tried most of the usual things/resets still does not want to boot to main portal menu.
how can i tell if the mag 254 has gone bad? thanks.

Have you verified that you do have Internet? Maybe an issue with your ISP..?

I have seen that happen a couple times. What I did was to change the MAC to something else, then change it back to what it is supposed to be. Worked every time. So go to the site search your account, then hit the change MAC option to do that. Have a great day!

NOTE: Make sure box is off first!

thanks wynenchis,yes i do have internet.i have tried everything including reseting and re-entering all info fresh,still no go.i can get to the other menus but not the main portal menu.just very frustrating,one day working fine,next day you have not changed anything but it does not work? thanks anyway. will just keep trying.

i set up my box and it was like that before then i change the mac address and it worked same thing i did for a couple of my friends

use the audio/video wires and check if the video is set to pal mode ,chance it to 1080p60
