some of the movies in the VOD are throwing msg: unsupported file, check your device output. Anyone come across this?? "left Behind", "Nightcrawler", and "Foxcatcher" do this to me, thks

just tried nightcrawler on windows 7 and mag 254, playing fine

Could be its not available on server sometimes

unsupported file well you running rca or hdmi and at what setting get that when codex is out of date to

my mistake, the message is unsupported signal, check device output..
I'm using HDMI and running 218 r10..

try and switch hdmi cables and look at setting

found the solution this morn..all I did was disable auto frame rate in the outer portal, now get all the movies although not in HD
BTW the message I was getting was...unsupported signal, check your device's output

my thinking too, Asft...think I gotta look at all my TV menus and settings more carefully, maybe it needs a software upgrade..

with the recent new Sky channels, I have recently noticed that a few users were getting a reboot everytime they went to one of those channels.
The fix was to ensure the Frame Rate was disabled as well.
