Avov Vixo1 SD or HD

I don't know if this is right for now but, this is the situation.
I have a Avov Vixo1 and on the VOD it shows that the movie are in HD but they are running in SD, there is no option for me to select from SD or HD.
The porn app is the only app that have the option to select from SD & HD.
If something have to be done, can someone please guide me?

Have you set to highest resolution in settings, last I checked VOD were 720p.
