help with mag254 and vod

Hi, I just got a mag 254, i entered the url given by rocket for vod testing and when i load it it goes to the iks private server web page saying its coming coming soon? i dont see any vod. what could i have done wrong. I didnt load anything on to this box. is there something i am? appreciate any help. thanks.

You have a gap between the forward slash if that's a copy paste you need to fix that to work

thanks guys and crazed for your help, i missed the 1 in front. i have access now to the video club. i had read on another site to enter something into the general portal tab. i didnt and am wondering if i need to at this time.

that depends.
The address can lead to a splash page that will not go past that to a portal.
If it's a full splash page with a pic on the screen, that is what some have seen (me too) and that doesn't lead anywhere. Everytime I saw someone report that large splash screen and no connection, their URL was wrong. Once the address was changed, then they get the small 455 message and connection.

That's why my first question was about the URL :)
