Avov 1 will not link my donations is registered who else has this problem?

Avov 1 not linking up my donation is registered to one box mac., changed to another mac on another box nothing on any. who else has Avov 1 do they link up? I did the reboots of router, box, hard wired? and i do have net other services link. What is the link for support or who has an idea of what it could be. Current versions of files 1.51 and build 11. yet wont link up.

Keep rebooting also make sure u have right url

yes url is correct and retyped it. that has not changed. The mac address in online tv ap on top right. is the addresses, my friends who I registered his is still working.
I keep exiting and entering again in the two ways no progress. and full off on and unplugs nothing.
