I got in one good day's use on mine and now it is locked up completely.

I cannot get through the boot process at this point. It is just stuck on the opening screen. I have requested a return authorization in the meantime.

My question here is does anyone know of a way to reset one of these.

It has a recessed reset button on the back, but I have never used it so I cannot say if it works.

Saw that too, but it's an empty hole from all I can tell.

TV-ONLINE does have a reset button...........if you look on the back .there is a small slot just below the word Micro.I used a very thin wire and can feel the button click when I push it...........I suggest you hold the reset button in and then power the box up while holding the reset button...after ten seconds let go the reset button and the box should give you choices to factory reset

Problem Solved:
The AVOV was not broken. I have a switch on the router that malfunctioned. I reset the switch and all is okay.

It was a combination of problems. The router switch problem I figured out when I started my main kodi media server on the same switch and it refused to link up too.

The TVOnline has some problems though. I have never gotten it to connect with a static address and once you try to do it static it will refuse to successfully connect in DCHP mode either. The fix is to purge all data and start over from the beginning. It connects fine with WiFi which is what most people will want. I just don't have it in a reliable reception area and I use wired most often. Wired with an assigned (static) address is my preference but I will accept DCHP for the time being.
