My avov box is stuck in the booting mode, the blue circle just spins continuously for hours, any suggestions?

Unplugged the power supply, pressed in the reset button and simultaneously re-inserted the power supply and held for approximately 15 seconds then release. A diagnostic screen then comes up and you select the factory reset option and then reboot box.

Mine is a small hole beside the power plugin.
Would take a paperclip or piece of coax to get in there.

I'm scared to ask what technique you use with a steak knife.
Afraid it may be the same as for using a large hammer :)

Haha, no bio two totally different results.
However i have felt like using the hammer on it several times.
Works pretty good for the most part, other than not totally booting up when updating
