Just tried to hookup an E5 to a new SONY 4K and I keep getting media no supported on livetv channels. I don't see anything in the tv menu to change. help

highlight live tv and change player

Just got done setting it up for him. The change got almost all the channels going but a few came up with the message. Thank you
