Black screen on live tv and VOD isn't working

Trying to figure out what's going on. I have several of cable boxes.. some of my T2s isn't working as far as live tv and VOD.. some are.. been like this for a few days now.. I've tried everything except a factory reset.. I'm pretty sure it isn't my hookup because this happened random and some of the boxes are at other homes.. but they went out at the same time.. any suggestions.. yes I tried an IPTV donation reset..and power off power on.. yes I'm updated.. I did everything except factory reset..

the one not working at all try to generate new code and see if that helps. make sure perform a reset on provider site once you change donation code.

That did the trick thanks.. I was trying to avoid the factory reset.. but had no choice.. I did a factory reset and generated new code..

You should've tried clearing cache of iptv app or deleting the entry of that connection and then generated new code.
