useing KODI 19.x Matrix Guide stops loading at 1 Percent

Hello all.
I just loaded Kodi 19.x Matrix on my Android box for my TV. when I try to load the guide it stops loading at 1 per cent and just keeps spinning. any idea why my guide wont continue past this point?
My Date and time is correct.
I can select channels and watch them but have no guide
and nothing else seems to be non functioning.

With v19 update, you can watch an existing m3u playlist, but depending on the add-on, if not Python 3 compliant (as many older addons aren't), other functions will probably not work as designed.
Most Kodi users depend on 3rd party addons, and many popular ones have not, or may never be, re-written.
Most users including myself, have stuck with pre-Matrix19 versions, at least until things get caught up.
