I have been experiencing some troubles with the Kokaleka updating the channels/movies/guide. It seems to sit on that process forever and not update. Any suggestions? I can exit out of it and it will return to the main screen with the Live Tv/Movies/Series Homescreen. When I search series, the series show up with no description or options to play them. thx.....rob

did you hit refresh dns option? try to uninstall and reinstall app again and see if that helps.

You can turn off Auto-Update, and manually update the channels and movies. If you manually update, logoff, then log back on, then update, which shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.

I did what dara suggested and it worked,, thanks so much and thanks also Ryu as I would have tried that if dara's advise had not worked......rob
