Loosing sound

On default player last few days sound cuts out anyone having the same problem
All my boxes And friends the same

Secondary player just locks the pic

Have had the XR4000 on Secondary Player since pretty much owned the box (I think it was because some channels, ppv maybe, only worked on Secondary).
Have not had any pic issues on Secondary thou, not that I remember.

I will keep the 4000 connected today and test things out, starting with the Default Player.

-Intermediate picture lockups can be and probably are a server issue or a WiFi or ISP issue, not a Buzz issue with either Player.
It can be seen randomly with random channels, and can see the same on other boxes.
If this is something worse and other boxes are fine, then that another story.
But seems okay here, then and now, (other then random glitches from service or ISP).

-Loose of sound on Default Player, I have never experienced but will keep this 4000 connected a couple days.

Channel 120 and 121 have been unstable (at random times) ever since the service began, them many years ago :eek:
I would not trust any results with those channels.
All thou, it was tested and it is freezing constantly but sound is there intact.
Channel 192 is fine with Default Player, no issues in last hour.

I may have mentioned that this could be ISP but I doubt that to be a issue. I can not see how you'd loose sound due to ISP
The HDMI cable would be more suspect then the ISP, in my opinion.

I also need to say that members will generally not comment on what they are experiencing with specific channels or VOD selections. The reason behind that is because it in-criminates them.

If and when you need assistance or etc concerning specific channels , please do not post in open forums about it. Send me a PM and I will answer.
But do not continue asking iptvtalk members to check specific channels.
