Big problems last few day on new subscriptions on expired boxes !! Just expired boxes new box don’t have this problem seems

On buzz 4000 boxes subscription renewals
I figured it out wow
You can’t press the box in server1 in server settings with the address to update the subscription !!

Press the homepage button press on live tv it connected!!!!

What a headache!!! Wow

I have added that information into the setup Sticky thread for the 4500 model, which is the same setup procedures as the 4000 models.

I will get a Sticky thread posted for the 4000 asap... but that 4500 thread can be used for the 4000 setup for now.

Yes my subscription didn't update like it usually does .... box is a 4500

I also had to do the reset thing on the web site if that helps anybody
