MAC address and subscription expired

I used buzztv MAC address and than did an IPTV reset and MAC address change and I still get subscription expired
Am I doing something wrong? Double checked Mac Address, portal, url address and all typed in correctly

Go into server settings, top right corner, 1 says Mac address, the other says server id, the server id is the correct number to attach. Using Mac authentication, the Mac should start with 00:1a:79:
