problem with blocked donation # / mac id

I am having a problem. the other day I was authorizing 2 donations at the same time and got them mixed up. I put the same mac of the first donation into the secon and then when I tried to correct it it went haywire. I believe the two mac ddress are locked. ii would like to get these mac addresses ao or donation numbers unlocked. can some one help me

omegamike, I checked your donations and they appear ok. It doesn't appear you have used up any of the "bans" either. Please don't post your info in the open forum, only send it to Staff moderators for help.

Use the search tool that floder2 posted. You can use the same email address, but the donation numbers you listed starting and ending with letters are different, and show different MACs assigned. Once in the search tool, you may need to set up a country location, then click on "Change IPTV MAC" to modify the MACs to what you want.
