T2 stoped detecting wifi anymore

In the last 6 months got 3 clients their t2 stopped reading the w3 usb antenna, tried multiple working antennas but no go. Only option for them to use ethernet. Recent one is just this week same issue.
Already factory reset, rebooted modem but wifi is not detected. Empty list. Please advise...

did you try to download latest firmware? see if any available and download that and it might fix your problem. if not then just factory reset and see if that helps. :)

All updates installed. Already done factory reset.

Just curious, are You trying to use the WiFi With the Ethernet Still connected, if so Shut down, un-plug Ethernet and try again...!
