What happened here is that they put out the previous firmware and iptv version but the 'Stuck in Stand by' error was still relevant, so they released a 'Hotfix' file to fix that and not long after the previous release was released.

I do get a little behind in updated all these threads and thank you Ryu for noticing and posting this :)

I'm on the last official update which was two releases ago.

I don't want to tell my customers to manually install beta updates every time there's a new release. When will these beta updates make it to the main channel?

the last two releases were to help with a particular issue and are not really beta files.They are just extensions of the last official release, which you have. So unless your boxes are having issues, then no need to update and you have the current official release already :)

Everything went well, no seen issues, except one thing...
I experienced a glitch when attempting to load a portal that is not currently working.
DOL2 gets stuck with the Cancelling Connection page staying onscreen. I can't exit.
Powering off works to clear the screen and then can re-enter the DOL2, but since that non-working portal is/was pre-set to connect, then every time I open DOL2 it fails and again is stuck on that Cancel screen.
So I uninstalled the DOL2 app (v1.9.92) and reinstalled the same version from the Market.
This way I have a clean slate in the DOL2 Portals.
Then added a working Portal and no more issues with that.

This is pretty much exact same as the April 24 Beta Release.
They went from Beta to a Official Public release.

I went looking for any reports from others about this and saw no reports.

Was this after the HotFix version that you saw this or was that HotFix installed ?

I do not see anything in the other recent previous release notes that would affect the recording function.
Could it be something else, like a bad or corrupt USB memory drive ?

well is the same memory that was before the update.i will format the card tomorrow but again i use it every day before. i just update yesterday and i think it were like two updates at the time. i was recording before update almost in a daily basic whitout any problem. now when i push the record button nothing happens. no record started, no advertising of card not present or any thing. just push rec red button as always and nothing happens. also i try different control remote just in case
